Greyhound Rescue, Inc., formerly of Elkridge, Maryland, is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding loving homes for retired racing Greyhounds. Located in Gerrardstown, West Virginia, we have adoption representatives conveniently located in Maryland, Virginia and the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.

NCC was founded in 2002 by President and CEO Chris Marquez, National Capitol Contracting, LLC (NCC) supports Federal agencies in their missions to serve the American people.  NCC works with organizations invested in healthcare, research, education, and national security and share their dedication to providing the highest level of service to customers and to the public at large.
 
NCC provides a diverse array of services including conference and events management, peer review and grants management, project management, administrative support services, audiovisual (AV) integration and operation, publications design and development, information technology support, and multimedia creation services.  For nearly a decade, NCC’s associates have provided event planning and multimedia support to clients such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and many of its Institutes and Centers, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Library of Congress, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
 
NCC currently supports NSF in the selection of qualified personnel to serve as peer reviewers for grant proposals received for the OISE program and provides panel meeting support.  In addition, we provide event planning and travel support for up to 30 meetings per year for the Library of Congress.
